For those Cleveland Cavalier fans who thought that LaBron James was going to move from their city. No need to worry.
The Cavs. just signed James to new multi-year contract.
Terms of the contract weren’t officially disclosed, however, earlier reports suggests it is for three years, worth $100 million.
This probably gives fans some relief.
About five years ago, when James was a free agent, he decided to go Miami to play for the Heat.
The hometown hero was scrutinized by Cav. fans who felt betrayed. Some fans went as far as burning LeBron James jerseys out in the streets of Cleveland.
Meanwhile, in Miami, James was winning NBA titles.
Thankfully, in 2014, James decided to head back to his hometown and promise to win a title for the city.
In 2015, Cleveland lost the Finals to the Golden State Warriors.
In 2016, James and his teammates gave the city of Cleveland what they’ve been waiting for. A NBA title.
Now it seems James is looking for more championship titles in Cleveland
